Posted on September 6th, 2011 No commentsI just read an article in the Orange County register dated 8-15-2000 titled, Another Good Reason to Get a Good Nights Sleep: Flab, by Nicole Ziegler Dizon. The basic premise of this article is something we, in the fitness and bodybuilding industry, have known for years. You do need your rest to recuperate, especially if you weight train or get a lot of cardiovascular activity. But sleep alone will not make you leaner.
