    Herbal supplements have been touted as a great way to ‘burn fat,’ ‘burn calories,’ and ‘reduce cellulite.’ I have tried most herbal weight loss supplements on the market. Here is my journal of sort, about each supplement and what it did for me.

    I do not endorse or deny the benefits of any of these products. This is how they affected me when I took them. To understand a little about me, I am about 7 or 8 pounds overweight, I am 35 years old, I have an extremely sedentary job, and am not fond of exercise. The reason I tried these pills was to lose weight without too much personal effort from little old me!! The results will vary from person to person, so you may have had a very positive response with these supplements.
