Middle Eastern Vegetable Stew

Stage 1: (2-3 minutes)
Stove on high heat
Pour 45 mL (4.5 Tbsp) of vegetable stock into a large, casserole pot and bring to the boil. Add in 1 sliced green capsicum (bell pepper), 2 sliced zucchini (courgettes), 2 medium sliced carrots and 2 sliced celery sticks and stir until vegetables begin to soften. Read the rest of this entry »

Stretch Out to Drop Strokes. Part 2
Posted on September 23rd, 2011 No commentsReturn to all fours. Bring right foot forward until toes are even with left knee. Sit back until right foot is flat on floor. Your right knee should be under (or in front of) your chest. Lean forward slightly, let right heel come off floor. Press your upper body onto your right thigh and feel the stretch in your right calf and Achilles tendon. Repeat on the other side.
