Another Movie We Love To Hate

For reasons we will claim as temporary insanity, we recently sat through a televised version of a 1999 movie titled: “Casper, A Spirited Beginning.” We can frankly come up with no other remotely reasonable explanation for this transgression. What we would like to see is an explanation of why this movie ever got made.

Yes, yes, we know. This was a movie made for kids and we are allegedly adults. The question that springs readily to mind though is: for what kids? Maybe for those with the intellectual capacity of hamsters who find a Habitrail wheel challenging?

How bad was this movie? Was in the movie and only got third billing in the credits. It was that bad. Sammy Galifer was in it and he got top billing. It was that bad.

As our nation continues to expand and enhance its bike paths, it seems almost foolish not to acquire some sort of alternative transportation. You could just slap on a pair of skates, but chances are you’ll want to find some two-wheeled form of transport sooner or later, so why not consider your options and shell out a few bucks (or more) now.
